PGP Shutsdown on it's own

So I find from time to time that PGP will shut itself down when you move the mouse pointer over the icon in the taskbar.

Why? Very strange....

I'm using Win 7 x64 system with 16gb of ram.

Krakerman I'm not sure if this error/s is happening because of your system or a possible bug in the new updated version of PGP v6.3.2

But my recommendation...Please go to START MENU > RUN and enter: %APPDATA%\PowerUp Software\Pinnacle Game Profiler\ then ZIP all the files and folders there and send them to support@pinnaclegameprofiler.com

That would likely indicate a silent crash... you should make sure that you run PinnacleUpdate and that you have the latest version. But it would be helpful if you emailed your files as Errol suggested next time you see this happen.
