Oh today i just found this new driver for controller, published 11 SEMPTEMBER 2008

It may and probably support chatpad just as tech support said, please test it, everyone !

I have the latest drivers but chatpad still doesn't work... I think maybe he might have had a special internal driver, or maybe XNA capable PC that works like console (as mentioned in other thread with the workaround)

Yea, good to know some people are working on something for it... I really don't know much of anything about programming drivers though, so all I can do is hope they have some success and finally give the world a driver!

I think the 12th response is most interesting... basically Microsoft representative confirming there will never be a driver, or so it sounds like that to me.
