PGP BUG mapping XBOX 360 Controller trigger buttons

After a few posts and carefully retrying *EVERTHING* there is a bug in the way PGP handles the XBOX 360 Controller trigger buttons. For example if you have a bow and arrow you can hold down the right trigger button and release when you are ready to shoot. But once you touch the right joystick, holding the right trigger button causes you to slide and your bow and arrow are useless.

Are you sure that you have the built-in gamepad support disabled in Oblivion?
