Use Your controller for presentation, browsing, or studying

I was studying CISCO and come to head one idea. Because it very uncomfortable to studying. This is guys will be big challenge for Your, but I think this thing will bring more users not only who playing games, but people who teaching and who studying, and other.

First thing, make You game profile not only what can assign buttons for controllers, but and for keyboards and mice.

Lets look to illustration:

So if You look to bottom, so I marked field with red circle color and with numbers. This field usually is in same position. If it will be possible assign button to position on screen, so You can control page with you controller or keyboard without mouse. So if You press button on keyboard or controller, so it will press like mouse pointer number 1 (. so number 1 is which I marked on picture). And so on. So no need anymore mouse always move from one side to another side. This method You can use in all web pages, softwares which doesn't have shortuct to control.

Problem is that there is no hotkeys. You can only press with mouse left button on it. My idea was assign buttons on screen position. Like we have to make hotkey, but different user have different screen size and will be different resolution.

Almost all or most program or applications do have key bindings associated with it, although 100% of the time we use the mouse for general activities. You just have to go to the menu and look at each item and you'll see the key for each activity. In your situation with CISCO because you don't see any key bindings does not mean it don't exist, it is there e.g. the notepad icon which you circled as (1) might be Ctrl + N. The two arrow icons circled as 5 & 6 may use the left and right arrow keys or the page up and page down keys and so on. A very simple thing you can do...press F11 on your keyboard and you'll see the CISCO window will go to fullscreen and press F11 again and it will come back to normal. Thats just an idea to put your knowledge at work.

i often just use my controller as a mouse. mostly since it is already setup as a mouse to play diablo 3. i'm unsure what your suggestion is. perhaps unfamiliarity with the "persistent profile" setting.
