I think Errol's suggestions should be checked first and otherwise it could be that your associated exe file is not the same and needs to be updated. In that case you would go to GAME PROFILES > EDIT and then drag-and-drop your game's shortcut from the desktop or start menu onto the 'shortcut dropzone' in the lower-right corner of the window.

I have already tried running PGP as Admin and have tickbox for Persistant checked.

And 30 days is not up, am on 6/30..

Do you have any more suggestions please; I had it working once and when it worked, your profile and PGP were great; this is so frustrating that its not working now...

Hi Rob,

Tried your suggestion too; the shortcut was already pointing towards the location of the exe on C-Drive. I dragged and dropped anyways for what it was worth; no joy unfortunately...

Hi Errol and Rob;

Quick note to say that I reinstalled PGP another time and tried your suggestions on the fresh install and now it appears to have worked; twice in a row now. I will continue to test and let you know if there are further problems. Thanks for the suggestions and the replies. Keep up the good work guys!
