Run time error 13 / run time error 429

Hi, am using Win 7 x64, considering purchasing Pinnacle but every time I load it I get Run time error 13 message type mismatch, followed by run time error 429 ActiveX component can't create object.

It works 1 time only if I delete the app and re-install it, but after this any subsequent re-attempts result in this error.

Please go to START MENU > RUN and enter %APPDATA%\PowerUp Software\Pinnacle Game Profiler\ then ZIP all the files and folders there and send them to support@pinnaclegameprofiler.com
