    Cid,

Thanks for the profile. I've been playing around with it and it seems to handle all of the basics quite well.

    Two thoughts:

    * In the journal, there are actually two sections of tabs. The primary - selectable by using the analog stick - is for things like status, equipment, map, etc. The secondary tabs - toggled using the bumpers - are for sections of the primary tab (area map or world map of the primary "map" tab). In the Xbox 360 version - where there is obviously no mouse - the game lets the user toggle primary tabs (status, equipment, map) using the triggers and secondary tabs using the bumpers. Can you have your "journal" mode imitate this - where both triggers and bumpers are used - rather than requiring the analog stick?

    * In the 360 version, conversations could be ended simply by pressing the "B" button rather than having to use the analog stick to hit the end conversation box on the bottom of the screen. Is there a way to have a button end conversations, too?

(obviously I feel the less mouse/analog stick the better - more like the 360 version.)

    As I said, great profile.

I think it goes out of sync if you quick travel from the map. I guess it doesn't send the close journal command. At least it seems to be the case, as after quick traveling 'B" brings up the journal instantly, and you have to press and hold 'B' to close.

Also, would it be possible to maybe have another configuration you could shift to for controlling the map? As it is, it's very difficult to scroll the map. On the XBox you just move the joystick and the map scrolls. Holding the stick down and dragging takes a lot of effort to scroll even a little.

    2. Right stick click does not change to 3rd person, it pulls out my weapon and attacks.

    3. I cannot place map markers or fast travel using the left bumper. It does nothing and I need to use my mouse.

    Thanks
I have that very same problem, in addition after playing fallout 3 I'm shocked to learn 360 controller support is automatic and perfect, the menus and maps are almost identical to the way they are formatted in oblivion and I wonder if it wouldn't just be a lot easier to port the values directly from fallout 3, (just in the menu?) In fallout three you can select locations on the map, fast travel, and mark locations, and never have to use the mouse, in fact the mouse and key board are disabled while the controller is in use. Its a seamless console experience with the benefit of mods and patches.

Sorry for the issues some of you are having. In hind site, perhaps this profile was just a little too complex for its own good but I don't have the will to revisit it again.

I'm having the same problem. However, it's doing it with a few different profiles I've tried.

I'm using a Logitech F710 wireless controller, so that might be causing the issue.

    edit
I got it. I mapped the attack in the game from the left mouse button to the Z button. Then, in Pinnacle, I added the Z button as an active event and it's working just fine.

Pinnacle, this profile is damn near perfect. Thank you for making it.
