HELP pinnacle game profiler trial does not work runtime error 339?

i have been trying to get this software to work but no luck i install it then click on the icon but get error message saying runtime error 339 component 'comctl32.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered a file is missing
i googled it nothing worked so i created this profile hoping to find a solution
or a link with help

(just follow the instructions in the readme file inside the zip)

So you are saying its working now that you've been running PGP with administrative privileges?

I don't understand why you are not getting the manual update, because when I click on the link its giving me the option to download the file. Which web browser are you using?

LOL, i'm still not sure I understand what you mean by the "files did not"... anyway, if you resolved the problem by running as admin then I guess it doesn't matter but I'm sure there is nothing wrong with the link or the files inside. If you need more help, just let us know.
