Made this Xbox360 controller pin for the very weird old school styled adventure game Pathologic. It could be improved perhaps but if anyone wants a profile for this very strange Russian game here it is.

Before reading your post I simplified the Direction Pad making it Four Way, adding a Double Command 'Inventory/Messages' and 'Diary' under Down, ('the Rescue List' command not needed as it can be accessed by clicking "Adherents" under 'Player Stats' anyway). Added 'Main Screen/Pause' (Escape) command to the Back Button and moved 'Character Hands' to R Joystick Button.

I tried different settings and permutations in the Edit Commands dialogue, all trial and mostly error. I must say the Help section could have made clearer what are the necessary steps, that is what you absolutely must do, but I have a working pin and it was worth the time to learn. As I play mostly Xbox360 console it may be a while before I configure another PC game. There is plenty to learn/do with PGP.

Added Sticky Button function to the 'Crouch' Command.
