Yea, the multiple controller support needs to be overhauled, as is planned for the future (although I'm not sure when that would be)... it's a pretty good idea, but it needs a lot of other updates to make it work properly, so it would probably be a while before that would be possible. So unfortunately for now you can't really auto-apply for more than one controller.
Without using two instances of the program, would that be possible?
That would be cool, if I can chose which profiles to auto-apply
Rules
1) only one profile per device
2) I can chose what profiles to apply (assuming I have 2 or more different devices)
