Well Pinnacle adds the triggers, but I'm not sure what is going on with your horizontal axis on the right joystick. Do the triggers function in the game? If not then I would say that the Pinnacle-half of the profile is not working for you.

Well what exactly did you have in mind for the triggers to do? If you want them to be analog so that you can use them for analog gas/brake or something... then unfortunately you won't be able to do that because Pinnacle works by sending keyboard/mouse messages to the game based on reading from the gamepad. Now on the other hand if you wanted to do 2 different things with the triggers.... such as squeeze the trigger lightly to do one thing and squeeze the trigger harder to do another thing... then Pinnacle can do that with an Axis Command (in this profile they are just standard commands mapped to the triggers).

Of course none of this is really going to help you though unless you fix your horizontal axis movement on the right stick... but actually that brings me to another thought... are you sure that it is actually reversed, because I think it could be that it just works that way in that game. The right stick moves the camera right? So when you press the right, it pans the camera around to show you the stuff that CJ would see to his left? I kind of remember that is how it works, and if so then it's likely that is actually how it's "supposed to be"... and if that is how it is "supposed to be" then maybe there is a setting in GTA's options menu to "invert horizontal look" or "invert horizontal joystick" or something like that. I know the camera movements in GTA have always been kind of crappy... also I think it may respond different when you are on foot versus when you are in a car... so do both of those seem reversed to you? If you can't find a way to "invert" the camera in GTA's options, then maybe there is a way to do it in SAAC.

well, no. its not taht its reversed, but if i move the stick even a mm to the left, it acts digital and moves all the way over, and it just keeps going, until i more it to the RIGHT then it keeps going around and around -.-

but .. i thot someone said you cood make those the gas/brake and pressure sensitive

Oh, I thought you were just saying that about the triggers... and that is why it can't be used for analog triggers for the reason explain above. Yes, technically the game is capable of having analog gas/brake, but since the in-game support doesn't work right... you wouldn't be able to do that in the profile. But that's really no big deal (IMO) because it plays EXACTLY like it does on the PS2 console... there is no analog gas/brake there and it plays just fine... if it were an actual racing game then I'd say that may be more useful, but in this game I don't think that's neccessary at all. On the PS2 the gas/brake are X/SQUARE on PlayStation controller, and those are digital buttons (yes, techinically "pressure sensitive" digital, but that's not the same as analog and GTA doesn't use it on PS2... almost no game's used that which is why it was dropped for PS3).

Go to CONTROL PANEL > GAME CONTROLLERS, then click 'properties' to show the tester window. Try moving your joystick on that screen... is it responding in analog there? Have you tried it in other games and know that it works ok there? (just to find out for sure if this is only a problem for GTA)

Hmm... it's been a while since I played this game.. but isn't that just with the left/right DPAD (same as the NICE TALK/MEAN TALK). Anyway, with how rarely you buy a new property, I'm sure you could just find the key on the keyboard when you are ready to buy it.

No it appears to turn off my Keyboard when i use the controller. Also when i am on a motorbike i get constant shooting forward which is annoying as i ru out of SMG bullets

Hmm... not sure why that would happen with the motorcycle... cause I know for sure that it was not doing that when I made the profile. Did you make any changes in SAAC settings?
