OK...
1. if i'm running 2 partitions (say vista 32, windows 7), do i have to buy 2 keys?

2. is there any way to transfer profiles i made from one partition to another?

3. is there a way to back up my own made profiles, say if i upgrade to a new PC?

1. 1 key will do (it's per user) but sure an 'official' will confirm.

2&3 - Yes - you can export your profiles and import them back into the app.

Purchasing a license entitles you to use the software on any computer that personally own and operate. You can use the IMPORT and EXPORT buttons the GAME PROFILES window (from the link on the main window).
