How do you set this up on window vista ? I have a rumblepad2 {Logitec} BUT my rumblepad will not configure to the game.... what or how do I do it ? bit of a PC newbie...

this is for modern warfare 2 right? The settings seem to be a bit off because i cant throw a grenade or flashbang

This is not for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. This is for Call of Duty 2. Check out the User Profiles forum, as there are a number of excellent profiles there for MW2.

Just download the PIN file, then go to GAME PROIFLES > IMPORT and point to the PIN file.
